US History Book

Okay, any suggestions for our low level U.S History people. I don't like the one we have now and figure 8th grade teachers might have some suggestions.

Literacy

Just a thought but if anyone is using a novel for 7th and 8th grade maybe we all might want to look at using the same piece. It would be nice to be able to say remember a section of book knowing they all were exposed to it. Just a thought!
